Coordinated 0auth Between Recursive Agents
Your AI tools, run like a team. You're still the boss.
C0BRA builds your agent stack and workflow — a coordinator, a builder, an independent auditor, and one shared hive for your specs and decisions — on your own accounts, with you approving every move that matters.
No hype, receipts instead: we publish our own dev journal — watch how the work actually gets done.
The problem
Talented strangers, with amnesia.
You've already bought the tools — a Claude here, a ChatGPT there, a coding agent your nephew swears by. But they don't talk to each other, they forget everything the moment a session ends, and nobody checks their work. You're paying for a team and getting interns with amnesia.
Every session starts from zero
No shared memory, no record of what was decided or why. You re-explain your own business to your own tools, every single day.
Nobody checks the work
The agent that builds the thing also grades it. Errors ship quietly, and you find out from a customer instead of a process.
Tools everywhere, system nowhere
Another tab, another login, another half-finished setup. The tools are fine. The missing piece is the structure around them.
What we install
A stack and a flow.
The same system we run our own work through, rebuilt for your business — on your accounts, in your name, yours to keep.
One shared memory
A private home for your specs, decisions, handoffs, and records — so every agent works from the same truth, and nothing important lives only in a chat window.
A team, not a tool
A quarterback coordinator who runs the day and keeps the record. A builder who builds. An auditor in a separate lane who verifies the builder's work — because the builder never grades its own homework.
Every job, checked twice
Spec, audit, build, audit, then your tap-through. The spec is reviewed before anyone builds, and the build is reviewed against evidence before it counts as done.
You stay in command
You approve the exact terms of anything that spends, ships, or sends. Receipts over claims, always. And when we leave, everything — accounts, files, system — stays with you.
The doctrine
Licensed to delegate.
Delegation is the point — that's where the leverage is. But a license has terms. Your agents work inside limits you set: what they can do, what they can touch, and where they stop and ask. Anything outside the envelope doesn't get a shortcut — it gets your eyes, and your word, first.
Working with us
Three ways in.
Every engagement is quoted in writing before any work begins. No hourly meter, no surprises.
Stack Check
We inventory your tools, accounts, and current flow, and hand back a written map in plain English: what you have, what's missing, and the top fixes — yours to keep either way. Start with the free 30-minute Lite version: send us your agent list, get back three risks you didn't know about.
Stack & Flow Setup
The full install: hive stood up, roles configured, doctrine ratified — and one real project from your own business carried through the whole loop as your training run, so you learn the system by using it on work that matters.
Hive Ops
Optional ongoing support once you're running: a librarian's eye on the hive, an auditor's eye on new work, and a team on call when your operation grows into its next phase.
How it works
Four steps, no mystery.
Say hello
The intake at the bottom of this page. Two minutes, plain questions, no pitch deck required.
Stack Check
We look at what you've got and tell you honestly whether we're a fit. If we're not, the map is still yours.
The build
Spec first, audited before and after, built around one pilot project from your real business — not a demo.
Your tap-through
You use it yourself and confirm it feels right. Then the keys are entirely yours. We leave; the system stays.
Fit
Who this is for — and who it isn't.
This is for you if
- You already pay for AI tools and can feel the chaos tax every week
- You want leverage from agents without handing them the business
- You'd rather approve decisions than chase down what an agent did
- You want a system your future self — and your future team — can actually read
This is not for you if
- You want an agent running unsupervised with the money
- You want the cheapest bot, not a checked one
- You'd rather not know what your agents are doing
We build approval layers, not blank checks.
Questions
Asked, answered.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can run your business, you can run this. The system is built so the agents do the technical lifting and you make the decisions — in plain language, with the evidence in front of you.
What tools do I need?
A coordinator agent (a Muse, or equivalent), a builder agent, and a GitHub account for the hive. If you already pay for AI tools, you likely have most of it. We set up the rest with you.
Who owns everything?
You do. Your accounts, your hive, your data, your decisions on record. We build on your property and hold none of it — that's deliberate, and it's in writing.
Is my business information safe with you?
Our own rule, applied to clients: the method is shareable, a client's internals never are. Scaffolding and standard procedures are what we teach; what your business runs on them stays yours alone.
What does it cost?
Every engagement starts with a Stack Check, quoted in writing before any work begins — no public price list, no hourly meter, no surprises. Connect first; numbers follow, in writing.
